September 25, 2020 - Double magnum. Has aged in a good way. Deep gold yellow, butter, caramel, tropical fruit, still very much alive. better balance than 5 years ago, , positive surprised! If you like old thick whites, this is it! Drink now.

November 9, 2018 - Perfect in every way. No hint of turning, really hardly changed at all, perhaps a touch more oaky caramel. Ideal for Chicken Cordon Bleu.

December 31, 2016 - Stunning. Subtle flavours of citrus fruits in complete harmony with acidity, minerality and offering up beautiful balance. As it warmed up, the flavours are more pronounced and the real genius of this wine is allowed to follow through. Big, rich and creamy yet sophisticated and elegant. Ridiculously cheap, this puts any Burgundy at any price to the sword.
