  November 14, 2014 - Considering this is a 2007 CA cab blend I would expect much more. This is not a flattering wine on any level. Muted aromas, a flat palate, and nothing exciting about his wine. There was a ton of sediment to punctuate the overall disappointment. A poor QPR even at $23 I paid.

  A true Bordeaux blend, with each of the 5 varieties permitted in Bordeaux -- 50.6% Merlot, 27.2% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14.4% Malbec, 5.6% Petite Verdot, 2.1% Cabernet Franc. However, the cabernet franc was evident on the nose, so that 2.1% went a long way.
