  January 9, 2021 - Purchase at the winery, last bottle which has held up quite well, plenty of Lemon, pear, apple, mineral notes, very nicely balanced. Paired amazingly well with Chicken Crepes Normandy. Well stored bottles should hold up well for a few more years!

  November 28, 2020 - Opened the bottle tried with Coravin a couple of weeks ago. Not to fun, and looking at previous notes I think it is time to finish my last bottle within short.
  It is an excellent wine, I have bought some more of 2016. So best before 10y from harvest.
