July 22, 2017 - Had 11 and 12 in two days - and clearly you get a better structured wine in the 2011 - you get so much more minerality - the fruit is still apple and pear - this wine is just much more complex and nicely integrated.

May 15, 2016 - Tomado en El Portal (Alicante).
Definido y expresivo desde el incio, dorado como corresponde. Algo de madera en primer plano, fruta blanca madura, tiza, hierbas medicinales, mantequilla salada.
Boca redonda, vainilla sin molestar, demasiado, joven, salino. Final largo con una buena acidez que permitirá envejecerlo un poco más. Largo y fino.
Creo que se han pasado un poco con la madera ya que la textura en la boca tiene más finura de lo que puede dar a entender el resto del vino. De nuevo otro 2011, a esperar.
