November 25, 2013 - Blind at Paul's: Yellowy gold, starbright; bruised apple, lemon, underripe apricot, peach, nectarine, light floral, orange blossom; wet earth, shrooms, hint of appley-oxidized aroma, slight green note,slight grapefruit pith. Med+ acid, medium all else. Got slight grass at the beginning, but then lost it and focused on other things. Guessed Macon b/c of the slight oxidation and fruit and apples. Slight trop./fruity zing to it that should not be in Macon.
