Lots of dried fruit and prune, tar, grilled/meaty notes. I thought that was Syrah, but it was actually the 20% Mourvedre. Super plush, spicy, "Asian spice" per Josh Raynolds, quite an intense wine that still is quite primary.

January 2, 2022 - Similar to the other notes...great color, wonderful notes of cherry and spice and well integrated tannin with a finish that goes on and on.....fine now but should age effortlessly for eight or ten more years....bravo

August 21, 2021 - Dark and brooding with lots of garrigue and spice and black olive notes. Still quite fresh.
