Medium/light gold color. Nose of sweet fruits, apple, petrol. Palate of baked apples, lemon/lime, candied pineapple, mineral notes. Sweetness persists through mid palate. Medium body and finish
On the sweeter side for a Kabinett. Has aged nicely - and longer than I would have guessed. As an entry level Kabinett, this is a nice wine and a great QPR, I paid ~$14 -

April 23, 2017 - Served with pan fish, it poured with a not unusual greenish hue which led my dinner partner to pass. She believes Riesling should be clear. I guess she hasn't drank too many Rieslings. I loved it. Lemon and lime. Good minerality. Interestingly, the finish became sweeter with air.
