• Ms. Bubblehead Does not like this wine:

  June 26, 2019 - Tasted pretty alcoholic to me, do get the structure but the wine is so big, oak seems pretty obvious at this stage, there was heat into finish. Not my first Miani bottle, so far I’ve had mixed experience for this unicorn wine.

  July 23, 2015 - Wow, this was surprising, extremely well balanced with tropical fruits, minerals and salty rock all throughout the palate.

  July 23, 2015 - Urban Heights - 03 Cathelin, 90 LP, 97 Rayas, 07 IX, 11 LPV & etc. (Urban Heights - Bethesda, Maryland): Very mineral driven nose, subtle cool white fruit, white flowers, wet stone and saline. Crip, pure, precise and clean palate with good acidity and mineral expression. Really nice summer wine that will go well with cold shellfish. It reminds me a bit of Soave.

  December 23, 2013 - Focused, delicious friuliano. Oranges, touch of lime, minerals. Great balance. One of the best Italian whites out there.

  February 4, 2013 - It is very nice wine indeed, but a bit too heavy at the moment. Should spend some time in the cellar to loosen up a bit. Nose has some floral notes, a bit honeysuckle and ripe citrus. Palate is very well balanced with nice minerality and acidity. Beautifully long finish. This wine will definitely improve a lot in next few years. Be patient.
