Community Tasting Notes 2

  • Magners Likes this wine: 88 points

January 2, 2015 - Still youthful on the palate with primary notes of currant, blackberries, plums, toasted oak and mint. Fresh acidity and good tannin structure makes this a wine to drink now or to keep. Great on its own or with food.

  • Magners Likes this wine:

July 21, 2014 - Youthful tannins, dense, complex fruit and well-integrated oak. Dark berries like black berries, plums, black currant and blue berries and also dark chocolate, tobacco, oak, earth and some herbs. Part modern, part classic in style. I like it a lot and will buy more bottles. Will last at least five more years in a good cellar.
