  August 18, 2014 - Popped and poured, consumed over 4 hours. Nose: Medium-plus expressiveness, violets, pine needles, black raspberry, and bacon fat. Palate: Medium bodied, good balance, nice mouth-feel, spicy dark red fruit attack, carries nicely thru the mid-palate, nice acidic back-bone balances everything out, builds in intensity right through the back-end. Finish: Lengthy sense of dark red fruit and pine needles.
