January 14, 2023 - Expressive nose displaying very ripe black fruit, blackberry concentrate, blueberry pie, black cherry, fruitcake, licorice, strong smoke, garrigue, dark spices and earth. Very good concentration, layers upon layers of ripe black fruit, rich and warm, good acidity, earthy mineral, and a long ripe black fruit driven finish. This is drinking well.

I smaken har den fin koncentration, mycket bra energi, fin syra, bra tryck i frukten och en lång finish med bibehållna aromer. Lite alkoholhetta i finishen drar ner något. -
