July 4, 2011 - Nose of grapefruit with a granny smith apple finish. This is a light, easy drinking wine with lots of tart acidity. Best served very cold. I like it a lot.

March 29, 2011 - Nose has ginger and white flower, almond oil. Palate is lemon/lime, almost spritzy. High acid. Light weight. Simplistic but pleasant. Saline. Green apple. Clay. Actually open up and continued to improve with air.
