November 23, 2015 - This wine is approaching or at its peak. There is good acidity and citrus flavors in a chalky, minerally backdrop.

October 27, 2015 - Pop and pour, had a small pour at a tasting. Quite Chablis-ish, with a lot of acidity and minerality. It has been my experience that these take on weight with time, and I think this one was drunk too soon.

October 25, 2015 - Monthly Tasting Group: 2010 Vintage in France (Tilia, Mpls): Light gold color. Drank 1 glass over 30 minutes. Distinct ocean minerality, almost Chablis like on the nose, more depth on the palate, subtle oak, lemon, starts to take on more weight after 20-30 minutes. A bit more sleek than many. I liked this alot and it shows good promise.
