November 23, 2019 - Definitely coming into its peak drinking window. Two bottles opened for a grilled Tomahawk night. Fruit has evolved into tertiary stage with dried and cured qualities. Acidity, alcohol & tannin in fine balance. Med+ finish. 3-4 yrs left in its peak.
