  October 5, 2019 - Winebar [4 Whites, 8 Reds, & 8 *shared* bottles] from 10/04/19 (Vintage Wines Ltd., San Diego, CA): Yet another winery with which I was unfamiliar, Robert. THANK you for sharing it! :)
  
  96% Sangiovese & 4% C.S. from the Money Rd Ranch estate vyd; Typically, "14 mos in med toast FR barriques (30% new); ≈900 cases produced."
  
  N: CLOSED, but guessing RIPE?
  
  P: LM body; NICE, ALMOST swtish frt met by an astringent pucker which QUITE resolves by the LONG, balanced finish with a tangy/swtness to the few, unoffensive, but still firming, dusty tannins. For now & approaching its 20th? NICELY done! 14.5% ABV; My EXC.

  February 19, 2007 - Slightly astringent, but in a good way. The wine holds it's own and would be a fine match for Italian foods. Drinking very well right now and not likely to get any better.

  December 23, 2005 - The 03 is slightly fuller than 02. It has nice balance, a long finish and fruitiness without the stringency of some chiantis. With air it achieved greater complexity. It is a really fun wine to drink.
