February 25, 2013 - Vigneron Benoit Courault used to work with Les Sablonettes and it shows. This wine is funky, high acidity, nice fruit, floral and earthy, very pleasant. Has that "natural wine" je ne sais quoi. (70% Cab Franc, 30% Grolleau)
