  May 12, 2015 - From the Island of Tenedos (Bozcaada in Turkish) this is an unusual blend of 47% Merlot, 33% Syrah, 11% Cabernet-Sauvignon and 9% Cabernet Franc, aged for 16 months in French oak, 14.5% ABV. It is rich, dark and deep in its flavours, sun-drenched but not raisiny, with complex, red and black fruit and a box full of Mediterranean herbs and spices, velvety and full but not unwieldy, with a lovely freshness and with ripe tannins providing just the right amount of grip. Very good length, complete finish, no back-end heat. An ambitious and well-made wine from the most prestigious producer on the Island, not dissimilar to a good vintage of Musar but much less funky or volatile. The flavours are ripe and powerful but clean and the energy and balance of this wine should allow it to age well.

  July 4, 2014 - 4-6 Temmuz 214 "Kör"Türk Şarapları Değerlendirmesi /İsa Bal ,Ayhan Güleyen ortak tadım notu.Bu tadımda İsa Bal, Aslı Odman, Umay Çeviker, İlker Özdemir, Arif Öncü, Ayhan Güleyen hazır bulunmuşlardır.
  
  Mor röfleside olan inky renkte.Önde deri,taş,böğürtlen,meyan kökü, incir, tütün notaları mevcut.Dolgun gövdeli,iskeleti sağlam,kaslı. Damakta konsantre ama çok da net olmayan olgun meyve yapısına eşlik eden alkol hafifçe dikkat çekiyor.Bitimi ise kuvvetli,lezzetli ve ılık bir bitim.

  July 4, 2014 - Tasted as part of the annual Şarap Tutkunları tasting in İzmir where I was one of the guests along with Aslı Odman as well as the members of the tasting circle; İsa Bal MS, Ayhan Güleyen, İlker Özdemir and Arif Öncü. The following note and the relevant score belongs to me only.
  Complex nose showing an array of red and black berries along with plum, tobacco and undercurrents of plastic and tar. Rich, bold and layered with oak more dominant than that on the nose. Tannins on the drying side for the moment. Potential to age and develop for the better.

  June 14, 2013 - Elegant wine. Very balanced. Could have had a lıttle more complexity with richer tannin texture. Very enjoyable but has lesser of an aging potential. Definetely would buy more
