November 2, 2020 - - Garnet color with medium forming legs and aromas of cherry, tea, raspberry and rose. It's somewhat balanced with a medium body. Satin-Like texture - Decanted 90 minutes. Fresh sage nose.

March 14, 2015 - - Slow forming legs and aromas of cherry, strawberry, raspberry and cedar. It's somewhat balanced and has flavours of phenolic, strawberry and cherry with a medium body. Narrow texture with a short finish - Drink now. Funky nose until it opened, about 30 minutes. Tart cherry pie nose.
