April 13, 2024 - Dark caramel in appearance, I don't remember this being especially sweet but my notes fade at this point. I didn't think it had much depth to it, but it paired nicely with a sweet dessert.

April 13, 2024 - France vs ROW (Home): Brown sugar, barley, lemon peel. It was paired with a very sweet dessert (mea culpa!) which probably left it feeling a bit drier than it really was. A nice sense of precision on the palate with laser beam acidity and good yellow fruit weight.
