  March 22, 2014 - Strawberry, cantaloupe, and roses on the nose. Red berries, citrus, and minerals in the palate. A bit soft and round on the palate, with some bitterness on the finish and a touch of sweetness.

  January 5, 2014 - Medium salmon color. The nose shows a strong chalky minerality, as well as airy aromas of rose petals. The palate seems a bit faint by comparison, with more gentle stony flavors and a slight taste of ripe peach. This finishes rather short, with little acidity. Probably best as an accompaniment to lighter food on a hot day.
