May 3, 2022 - Fragrant nose. Cedar, cherries. Deep tannin with good overall structure. Chalky.

  • foobarski Likes this wine: 90 points

February 14, 2016 - Still very consistent with previous reviews. Not a bad pairing with a Valentine's Day dessert of a Sachertorte.

June 27, 2015 - Still lotsa spicy cherrycola fun! Killer with a dinner of rare roast beef, mashed potatoes and broccoli.

February 15, 2014 - A most interesting and entertaining wine. The freewheeling fun spirit of Twisted Oak definitely shines through. It' tastes sweet, but not sweet in any kind of cloying or obnoxious way ... just grape Kool-Aid for grownups (in the best possible sense.)
