June 2, 2021 - Every time I have a bottle like this it makes me realize that I just don't drink enough good Chablis. Wonderful stuff, balanced, mellow, complex, interesting on so many levels, lemon and mineral but earthy, savory, chalk, long finish. Very very nice.

January 9, 2019 - Really hitting its stride now. Filled out in body and the tertiary bouquet notes are starting to show. Gunpowder, flint, kiwi. A gateway drug to Chablis addiction. 4+13+17+8= 92

April 24, 2018 - A particularly fine bottle of Chablis. Its reached that point where the minerality that supports the backbone of the wine has been supplemented by a very nice rounding of the acidity that becomes apparent with a few years age.
