Community Tasting Notes 3

February 19, 2015 - Big cola notes and a bit of earthiness on uncorking and early tasting. The mouth feel and structure is very good, with black cherry & plum flavors. Ever so slightly cloudy. Finish is a bit thin at first but gets better as the wine wakes up. One of the loveliest of the Roadhouse gangs offerings. These folks can really do many different things with Pinot.

March 9, 2014 - Licorice, tobacco notes. Nice California Pinot.

June 11, 2013 - I like this wine for short term consumption, cloudy.
