September 9, 2006 - This bottle has evolved beautifully. Nice strawberry color with pink highlights. Aromatics of fresh berries, cloves, and vanilla jump from the glass. Elegant palate of strawberries, dried sage, toast, and crisp acidic raspberries on the finish, along with warm spices of cinnamon and nutmeg.

March 1, 2005 - Light toned bright ruby, bright cherry, masses of funky, earthy pinot flavors, smoke, forest floor, great nose!, b2+, a3+, t3, smooth entry, great flavors but very firm acids cut in quickly, tannin fine, sharp acidic finish mars, else good, d2, perhaps better, brighter fruit, acids soften a little (5+)

November 27, 2004 - Thanksgiving Weekend in Willamette; 11/26/2004-11/28/2004: Tasting at open house. Nice straightforward strawberry nose. Simple moderate fruit with sweet, soft tannins. Subtle, simple finish. Drink by 2007 or so.
