August 16, 2023 - A lot of pleasure still from this 25yr old Cabernet. Good condition and still with excellent fruit, good structure holding up. It stood up against some other "name" Cabernets twice its price. Super value.

December 16, 2005 - Newcastle Wine Club - December 05 (Restaurant II, Newcastle): Wow. Super dry and dark. Touches of mint and chocolate with obvious high-alcohol pushing through. Lifted characters on the nose with a chalky palette showing some tobacco and spice. Great tannin structure, but way way to young. Another 8 years easy.
