December 6, 2022 - Salon Focofi Paris walkabout and dinner, so no detailed tasting notes. Lots of smoke and oak in the nose, palate elegant though.

March 11, 2022 - La Paulée de New York - The Verticals (Eventi Hotel - New York NY): Walk around tasting vertical. Certainly lean but very bright, concentrated, and well balanced. very good now. Surprisingly my fav of the trio, but this is a great holding in Clos Vougeot.

February 10, 2021 - CV lunch at Nicolas. Semi-blind. Aired in bottle few hours before the lunch.
Appearance is clear, medium intensity, ruby colour. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of florals, herbs, spice, dark red cherries, black cherries. Developing.
On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium alcohol (13%), silky soft fine medium- tannins, medium+ body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of Vosne spice, black cherries, dark red cherries, sweet herbs, dark minerals, dark stones, sweet earth. Long finish.
Very very good quality. So lovely. Lots of Vosne feels, if I tasted this blind I would be guessing Vosne-Romanee 1er. Complex. Good development ahead also. -
