March 12, 2016 - Served with dinner at Sapori Trattoria. Straw color. Thin legs. Apple and pear on nose. Dry, fruity. Medium body. Well balanced. Flavors of green apple, pineapple, pear with some honey. Alcohol is evident but not over-powering. Minerality on clean finish.

February 1, 2016 - At a very good point in its lifecycle. Quite creamy on the palate, with mineral bite. Just a touch of positive oxidation. Maybe a little high in alcohol.
