November 15, 2023 - Light on its feet and with a very sharp tannic core that betrays cool red fruit flavors and minerality that is quite pleasant but with an ABV that is most likely well north of the listed 14.5% - overall, don’t mind it but would not be seeking out more. Will likely hold remaining bottles for at least another 5-7 years before opening.

March 4, 2023 - Decanted. Not giving up much at first but opened up after about 1 1/2 hours. Cherry, earth and a touch of garigue and smoke. Based on this bottle it is time to drink up on the rest of our 2011’s from St. Cosme.

October 15, 2022 - Super nice, even, long finish

April 10, 2018 - Opened last night. Rich-looking dark garnet. Still very primary in every respect. Nose is earthy with coffee notes. Warm fruit in the mouth, somewhat muted, earthy, needs time. 5-12-16-9: 91/100

February 18, 2017 - Truly great bottle of granache. Lots of meat and long finish.
