July 16, 2023 - Pomegranate, strawberry , and salty prosciutto or Serrano ham feature on the nose. Red cherry added on the palette. Lovely salty finish. Delicious, and in my opinion, at peak.

January 8, 2022 - Drinks just you’d want from a red burgundy. High acid with tart cherry on the front of the palate finishing off as inferior strawberry. Notes of eucalyptus and spice on the front. Medium finish on this light bodied wine. Should pair perfectly with the pork chops & rice Im cooking for dinner but there wine be any left by then!
