December 19, 2015 - Allow this to sit in the glass for 30 minutes before consuming to allow it to open up. Once it unfolds, it is a great Grand Cru Burg. Wonderful bouquet of wild strawberries, raspberries, and cranberry laced with black truffles and mineral. Be sure to have some mild cheese to go with it otherwise the youthful tannin will be mouth puckering. After having some cheese on the palate, this wine has a nice clean finish that brings you back wanting another pour.
