April 5, 2014 - A little lighter than I was expecting. More 2011 than 2010, I suppose. Restrained red fruits on the nose with some nutmeg and oak spice. Very delicate on the palate, and nicely balanced. Sweet red fruit flavors with very good acidity and slightness of tannin. Very good but not the kind of complexity I was anticipating.

July 27, 2013 - IPNC Walk-Around tasting; 7/26/2013-7/27/2013 (McMinnville OR): Tasting. Ripe red fruit with restrain and good floral and spice support. Good balance and textures, certainly a food friendly wine, drinking well now. Very good.
