December 26, 2014 - This one is holding up a lot better than the Viognier. It's a bit crisper of a flavor, more acid, still nice sweet flavor. Easy to drink and very enjoyable. Kindof a floral honey.

October 27, 2013 - Light hay in colour with some petrolized honey on the nose. The palate is like green apples and green sour jolly rancher candies. Decent for the price and is drinking pretty well right now. Has some petrol riesling-like component to it also.

October 18, 2013 - Light, sweet, and easy. Good end to a meal. There's less character here than I'd really like in a dessert wine (initial flavor of carameled honey stays throughout), but that makes sense given the price.
