July 3, 2013 - Color rojo rubí, profundo, limpio y brillante.
Aromas a frutos rojos y negros, con toques de madera, vainilla, canela y chocolate.
Los armas se confirman en boca.
Taninos suaves, aterciopelados. Buena acidez, y un muy ligero toque amargo al final. El alcohol está presente, pero no sobresale.
Un final largo, dejando sabores torrefactos.
¡Qué rico me supo con un alambre de sirloin, acompañado de acelgas con papas y tocino!
