December 10, 2019 - Aging very well. Def signs of typical Cab maturity. Soft tannins and sweet fruit. Enjoy with lamb or pork, even swordfish or halibut.

December 9, 2019 - Deep ruby core with garnet edges. Quite savory on the nose with some earthiness, mountain cherries and a little spice. Medium acidity (5/10) with a medium body. A bit of spices on the palate with dark berries and cocoa. Medium length finish. Drink till 2020.

November 20, 2014 - WCC 2001 California Cabernet Blind (Home of Chef Andy Plummer, East Greenbush, NY): Green nose. Tart and tannic without much character.
An hour later, it is showing much better with nice sweet fruit.
