January 1, 2023 - Fairly typical Burgundy that is mature and in a good drinking window. Nose shows a little barnyard along with earthy notes. Palate features warm red cherry fruit, cranberry, and sour cherry along with herb flecked earthy flavors. Not a lot of depth and finish is a bit short, but a nice wine nonetheless that drinks easily and is distinctively old world. Drink now - 2025.
