  November 25, 2022 - Still very youthful and just entering its teenage years. Lovely, fresh, nicely balanced between texture and acidity. Nothing earth shattering in flavour profile, ticked all the right boxes of lime, citrus and certain floral notes. Lacked complexity at this stage but elegant and smooth.
  
  Drink in 4+ years and skip this youthful but slightly dull phase.

  December 6, 2020 - Light and pure in colour. Aroma of lemon barley water, lime, frangipani maybe just a touch of kerosene, but that is probably doing the wine an injustice as it is a very refined nose.
  The refreshment factor is high. Initially a slight sweetness and there is plenty of acidity, although not to the searing level you find in the Clare Rieslings. It's a little flinty on a long finish too. Elegant and young. You'd expect this to cellar well

  March 23, 2020 - Wedding and Birthday Celebrations (Pokai Parera, Ekatahuna, New Zealand): Really fine example of Australian Riesling. Broad, supple, and foolish in body. This is ageing very well, with gorgeous bottle character, and no hint of kero on the nose or palate. Very Australian in style, but in a slightly riper, broader manner. Complex mineral and citrus notes marry with supple, yet bright acids.

  March 19, 2017 - This is top tier Australian Riesling that has a commanding mouth-feel and some steely acidity. I think it has picked up body since I tried it last, about 4 years ago. There is no shortage of acidity which is evident on the first smell right through to a long lingering finish. Tangerine and grapefruit stood out as flavours on the nose and palate but there were also hints of lime and lychee. It will be interesting to see how this continues to develop as it is perhaps in a slightly awkward phase of development, but it isn't hard to see the quality
