May 19, 2018 - It was a little too old. Muted. But likely would have been better.

May 15, 2015 - Love this wine. It's still drinking very well, and the $14 price still warms my heart. Vibrant and fruity, good acidity and body. Some green notes. Holds up to food without a flinch, drinks well on its own. Stelvin cap, which likely won't need to be re-employed.

May 10, 2015 - There are times in your life when you hit things just right. Or close enough that you sprain your wrist patting yourself on the back. I do not have a whole lot of those, so I relish in the mini-wins. This was one of those. I bought a case of this wine back when it went on sale at the Pennsylvania State store (PLCB) for $8. One of my better purchases, I have to say. The wine is certainly not fruity, nor is it all that introspective, but for $8? This is a steal. Good acidity and balance, even 2-3 years old, this is solid. So why am I such a genius? Well, I drank this last bottle at the precisely right time (at least in my mind), as it would have only been worse tomorrow. Very Good. thedrunkencyclist.com

July 23, 2014 - Very much like some other wines we have been having lately, this seems to be getting better. Of course, context plays a role--I just rode home from work on a pretty hot day, and this screamed out to me when I opened the fridge for something cold to drink. thedrunkencyclist.com

May 11, 2014 - We had two bottles of this over the weekend, and while the first bottle was a bit disjointed, it was much better the second time around. A bit of fruit and a ton of acidity. It is listed at $20 retail which is a bit high, perhaps, but it was on sale for $8 at the PLCB. $8? Easy. Buy a case. And I did. thedrunkencyclist.com
