May 6, 2015 - This showed well--better than the 06 version or the regular 07 bottles I've had over the past year--but should still be drunk soon. Dark berry fruits, some asian spice & touch of pepper tones and decent length.

July 24, 2014 - magenta, red, in the color. cherry, raspberry, earth, on the nose. raspberry, cherry, plum, on the palate. medium acid, low-medium tannins, on the finish.

April 27, 2014 - It has been a few years since I opened one of these - and the wine has certainly benefitted from the extra time. As usual for Ketcham wines, very big flavors with plenty of lush, ripe fruit, but also with a lean texture and not at all sweet or jammy. Black cherry, spice and perhaps some cola with good depth and complexity. Terrific balance, good grip and plenty of tension, along with a lengthy, silky finish. I loved the combination of big fruits and lean texture. 92+

October 5, 2013 - I bought a fair number of Ketcham's for the 2005-2007 vintages. This is my first Ketcham Vineyard 2007 tasted. In all, I was slightly disappointed with the quality/value - a decent wine, but a bit hot/alcoholic which I had hoped would have subsided with some aging. While it is a decently crafted wine, it is just not my style. Cherry and cola notes throughout, but a bit too much on the masculine/strong side for a quality pinot.
