May 21, 2014 - Dark purple color. Wild berry and fresh grass on the nose. Full body, mild tannin. Cherry, leather, green vegetables, chocolate, minerals and spices on the palate. Greenish, harsh and tannic finish. Good but not special, some how I enjoy the vieilles vignes of Languedoc wines, which are usually cheap and surprisingly good, but just rarely get a chance to compete with CDNP.

    (14.5% Vol, Grape: 45% Carignan ; 35% Grenache ; 10% Syrah ; 10% Mourvèdre)
