February 13, 2020 - I loved the wine. He aged very well. Complex bouquet, with notes of strawberry, meat and honey. Little tannin, but that was great because it made the wine go very well with pork ribs. Pretty good.

November 17, 2019 - much better bottle than the one 8 months ago - quite like the earth and bright acidity - now suspect this might yet continue to improve - will hold on with my last few for a bit...

August 16, 2019 - not improving - licorice/vegetal/eucalyptus notes still there - still a rich wine and not that complex - but will live longer....

May 7, 2019 - Smoke, dark berries and licorice on the nose. Good spine of acidity and nice structure with tannins that have just enough grip. Full bodied without being heavy.

December 23, 2018 - Pnp. Took almost 2hrs to open up. Fragrant nose, tannins are well integrated. Pairs beautifully with a good stew.
