April 26, 2015 - Very interesting...pear, lemon and flowers with a little oak. Perfect with our pork chops.

February 17, 2015 - Fantastic value. Highly aromatic with plenty of lychee, honey and sweet lemon notes. The palate is much more dry than the nose suggests, with intense notes of grape, white flowers, orange marmalade and nuts, finishing with hints of hard lemon candy.

December 6, 2014 - Re-evaluating on another bottle, this one had all the plusses and none of the minuses. Intense ruby grapefruit, blood orange, apricot, honeysuckle, great viscosity, well balanced with crisp acidity

August 24, 2014 - very tough, the bad, too much oak for torrontes, possibly over ripe fruit, but strong floral honeysuckle nose, intense, slightly sweet, pineapple, peach flavors, a bit tannic. If you find the right food match could be great. Reminded me of a dry sauterne, foie gras?

June 13, 2014 - Less common white wine grapes (Houston, TX): Sweet floral aroma of jackfruit, with hints of typical riesling and muscat grape aromas. Flavor profile dominated by tropical fruits such as melon and white guava, with some minerality in the end. Surprisingly different than the more classical grape varieties.

June 12, 2014 - The wine is a pale, clear golden yellow with thin legs.

The nose is an intrusive floral rose bouquet with a hint of apricot. The nose was so strong it overpowered the flavor profile with my grandmother's perfume. Once you used your steak knife to cut through the nose, the flavor profile was a slightly acidic mix of rose and citrus. We started drinking this wine too warm. This should be drunk as cold as possible.

We made the mistake of pairing this wine with a spicy taco salad, but even so it was not one of our favorites. A great taste test but one we would not buy again.
