May 14, 2016 - Appealing nose of fresh sweet boysenberry and black plum with hints of spice (clove?) and violet. Fresh, light black fruit on the palate with good balance. Slightly light and slightly short, but refreshing and appealing. Great lunch/BBQ wine in all of the best ways. 89+

b-liner red snapper poached in tomato water w/purple hull peas & heirloom tomatoes
