May 10, 2018 - Lots of sediment left in the bottle and the wine needed time in the glass to let the mustiness dissipate but once it opened up the wine displayed dark fruit on the front followed by a light smokiness and a very smooth finish. Drinking very well right now.

July 23, 2016 - Much better than last year. Previous bottle(s) were very tight and soft. This is very expressive from the get go. Loads of dark fruits and smoked meat with hint of bacon fat. Very delicious. Can't wait to drink the remaining bottles.

March 16, 2016 - A little fruit on the front with a little pepper on the finish. Light tannins. Very food friendly.
