September 2, 2021 - What a pleasant surprise. Pedesclaux did not have a good reputation until recently. I was expecting something green at best, and stinky at worst. But this is lovely old classic club claret.

    12.5%, cork.

April 11, 2015 - Silky with nice refreshing acidity. A bit of cassis, pencil shavings and dill, but rather muted. There's some elegance here.

June 10, 2013 - Dark center with garnet rim, up nose of dark fruits, light cedar and
currants. Medium weight in body but as the wine evolves in glass
great flavors that build on the palate. A real terroir-like wine that
only claret gives. Long finish. A great 5er Pauliiac- a real Bordeaux
lovers wine, not Cal. like at all although one taster posted it as Cal.
One professional thought it to be simple but he didn't wait for it to
develop, at least to my impression. JM

November 11, 2012 - Very good. Ripe nose and taste. Past its prime in term of intensity but still very enjoyable.

May 28, 2008 - Pleasant, though certainly not exceptional claret. Drinking well right now.
