October 21, 2023 - Very similar notes as previous tastings. Black raspberries, black cherries, plums, licorice. and leather in the nose. Black cherries and blackberries in the flavor. Nicely balanced, medium to full bodied and a very smooth medium to long finish.

April 29, 2018 - Plush blackberry and cassis. Palate coating fruit. The tannins show strong at first. But if you decant or aerate, you'll be fine. This is drinking beautifully now. Long finish of black fruit. Definitely has improved over two years. Drink now-2023.
