  July 15, 2022 - Modest display of mousse. Lemon zest, yeasty, slightly nutty bouquet. Medium-bodied, adequate fruit, and yeasty flavor. Nice acidity for balance. Good refreshing aftertaste.
  Purchased from the store and aged for 18 months in my cellar. Tasted it before purchase and found it a little closed. The extra aging added complexity. Have more left and will sample again in a year or so.

  March 15, 2020 - Degorgement 02/2019. Yeast, sea breeze , yellow fruits, on the palate fine bubbles, balanced between acidity and savory . Creamy bubbles with quite long finish

  June 20, 2019 - Light pale yellow with yeast toast aromas mingled with lemon and green apple. Nice value. Firm in the mouth, refreshing, well suited for mornings or aperitif.
