August 11, 2016 - Purple in colour. Raspberry/ Blueberry in flavour. Mouth puckering tannins. A great GSM and should continue to develop with more time.

May 2, 2016 - Weekly tasting group #212; GSM: Blend or mono cepage? (@ The factory by JdB): Expressive bouquet with cherries, cherry yoghurt and herbs and spices. On the palate very juicy ripe dark berries and cherries, herbs and spices again, cinnamon, eucalyptus, oak, some minerals, a touch of sweetness, good acidity and round tannin. Still youthful. Very well made and clearly a new world wine.

floral nose with some warm spices, cinnamon, and cherries
Fresh crunchy fruit, some vanilla and a little milk chocolate
