July 16, 2022 - Maybe best bottle yet. Decanted for fine sediment for 2 hours. Nose and palate show dark berries and red fruits with wood spice and that nice Bordeaux earthiness that seems to show more with age. Served with grilled been, this was more than was hoped for. Time left still.

June 5, 2022 - Decanted for 2 hours, threw fine sediment. Red berries, some dark fruits with a little wood showing still. Spicy and medium bodied with resolving tannins. Nice and a decent qpr.

May 4, 2021 - Decanted 3 hours. Getting better. Still quite potential to keep. However already shows all atributes of a solid wine. Medium to fully bodied.

November 15, 2020 - Getting better. Still needs 3 hours decanting. As third wine of chateau de Giscours deserves some attantion. And I was positevely surprised. Rich aroma. Fresh and medium bodied. Nice finish

September 9, 2020 - Third wine from Giscours. Vineyard located literally across the street from the Margaux vineyard, but outside the border so must be labeled Haut Medoc. Vines are younger, but vinification is done at Chateau Giscours by the same team, so I'm told.
TN Red berries, dark fruits, some cedar. Medium body, tannins resolving, nice easy drinking left bank.
