February 27, 2014 - Great value for this big and brooding red. Purple and opaque. Nose of subtle black cherries, oak and tobacco with light spice. Palate is tart sour cherries and graphite. Tannins leave the impression that they will round in time. Rolling cherry finish. 5+12+16+8=91
