January 23, 2018 - A business lunch (Brasserie van Baerle, Amsterdam, NL): Medium buttercup yellow colour; lovely balance and tension between creamy richness and crisp acidity, chalky core, citrus flavours, good length. Not hugely aromatic or complex, but exciting all the same.

December 23, 2017 - Nice bright apricot on the nose, with similar on the palate. Some spice too.

November 5, 2017 - Medium gold - clear. Medium(+) aromas of green pear/ in ripe stone fruit, but primarily of beautiful herabceousness and intense minerality. Nice full and complete palate of stone fruit and now with some citrus/lemon aspects. Intense acidity and minerality on the palate, with some lingering phenolic bitterness and good length. Beautiful wine.

August 22, 2017 - Too tart, green apples. Have had better Santorini Assyrtiko.
